Our office participates with Medicare. This means that Medicare will pay 80% of all covered services. You are responsible for your deductible, any non-covered services, and the 20% that Medicare does not pay. Payment is due at the time of service. Please note that refractions are not covered by Medicare.

We do participate with most major insurance plans including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Priority Health, Preferred Choices and Vision Service Plan (VSP). We are Medicaid (Michigan only) and Children Special Health Care providers. Please feel free to call our office for participation verification of your individual insurance plan. We request that you provide us with your complete insurance information. We will be happy to submit your insurance claim with all participating plans. We require all co-payments be paid at the time of service. Non-covered fees, deductible amounts, or claims not paid within a reasonable amount of time become your responsibility. Please Understand that insurance reimbursement is strictly between you and your carrier.
